Survive! 0.2 is out !

Hey, there is an update for my Survive! game ! Hope you'll have some fun :)

Added / work in this version : 

- classic terrain updated
- 2 new types of terrains
- 3 new types of decorations / obstacles and interaction with them
- 3 new boss, one each by terrain
- possibility of choosing the terrain
- player skin updated
- player simple 'animation' added
- new bonus
- new mob
